Lovely stay on vacation. In general great staff. Great room, a kettle, central heating, and a TV. Kitchen with appliances. Marvellous location next to the train station, in front of a bus station.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I cooked breakfast few times in kitchenette.

We stayed 5 nights here, however it was a very lovely experience. Appreciated private bathroom.

This venue is in a great location, just a 10-minute drive to Loughor Castle, with superb and friendly staff who assisted us with everything.

Staff were great and amicable, they treated me like family. It had a great location next to the train station...

Overall everything was excellent.

We didn't want to say goodbye. The apartment was a good home base for sightseeing in Swansea.- The staff were amiable and caring.- Thank you very much for looking after us.- Having a kitchenette with a microwave oven, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment was very useful.

from start to finish - a lovely experience on vacation. helpful management and staff. nice sleep on the comfortable bed. particularly good setting close to local shops and pubs, petrol stations and the train station. btw, located in the middle of the city.

This place was a great base for exploring the popular spots in the city.

The location of the budget accommodation was convenient for nearby shops and restaurants, including popular chains like Wetherspoons and Toby Carvery. The room itself was nicely decorated, spacious, and had plenty of plug sockets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the TV and WiFi worked well.

The stairs to the loft room were steep, making it difficult to carry luggage and potentially unsafe in case of emergency.

We had a very lovely stay in Swansea, so close to shops and restaurants, the beach, and the train station. The staff was amicable and great despite our late arrival. Nothing was too much trouble, we didn't want to leave.

our recent stay in swansea was a blast, thanks to the amazing location and lovely room at alexandra house. everything was convenient for the carnival and the bed was incredibly comfortable. we felt right at home and loved the nearby amenities like sainsbury's and the indian restaurant. truly a memorable experience.

Wifi wasn't working properly.

Comfortable bed, homely apartment, convenient bus stop, short walk to town with Sainsbury's and takeaways, great Indian restaurant.

It was all superb.

I recently stayed at Alexandra House for a short trip to Swansea. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute drive from Singleton Campus and the beach. I was pleased to find ample parking space at the rear of the building. The room itself had all the amenities as advertised, and it was easy to locate. The staff were friendly and helpful, always just a phone call away. The room had plenty of plug sockets, and both the TV and WiFi worked perfectly. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including popular options like Wetherspoons, Toby Carvery, and Harvester.

I recommend this hotel.
